The Trust Framework for cross-Domain Data Sharing rules should be as generic as possible and as specific as needed, taking into account different transaction contexts.


Rationale	This principle is needed to keep the Trust Framework as lightweight as possible to drive adoption. It ensures that Participants are not held back by restricting agreements in order to keep implementation costs low. Furthermore, it ensures a broad reach amongst sectors and types of organisations.
